- Access Controls: Access to personal data within n3n4's systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis, with role-based access controls and audit logging for all access events;
- Two-Factor Authentication: n3n4 supports and encourages the use of 2FA for all player accounts to provide an additional security layer beyond the password;

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying n3n4 immediately at

n3n4 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account & Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your n3n4 account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by applicable Philippine AML and regulatory record-keeping obligations;
- Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of each transaction, in accordance with Philippine financial record-keeping requirements;
- Game History & Usage Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years following account closure for dispute resolution and compliance purposes;
- Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication in a support thread, unless a longer period is required in connection with an unresolved dispute;
- Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or until the data is no longer relevant to active marketing activities, whichever is earlier.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, n3n4 will securely delete or anonymize personal data so that it can no longer be attributed to any individual player.
To exercise any of your personal data rights — including access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, or restriction of processing — please submit a written request to n3n4 at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request." Your request should include:
- Your full name as registered on your n3n4 account;
- Your registered Philippine mobile number;
- A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and, where applicable, the specific data or processing activity to which your request relates;
- A copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID to verify your identity (required for access, erasure, and portability requests).
n3n4 will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and will respond substantively within thirty (30) days. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days with prior written notice to you.
Please note that certain data rights may be limited where n3n4 has a legal obligation to retain data — for example, AML record-keeping requirements may prevent us from erasing certain transaction records within the mandatory retention period, even if an erasure request is submitted.
The n3n4 Platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online casino-style gaming in the Philippines. n3n4 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If n3n4 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data, terminate the associated account, and void any transactions or balances associated with that account. Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from n3n4, we may contact you via SMS, email, or in-Platform notifications with information about promotional offers, bonuses, new games, and platform updates relevant to your interests as an n3n4 player.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:
- Updating your marketing preferences in your n3n4 Account Settings;
- Replying "STOP" to any marketing SMS received from n3n4;

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. It also does not affect non-marketing communications from n3n4 that are necessary for the operation of your account — such as OTP delivery, transaction confirmations, and account security alerts — which will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.
The n3n4 Platform integrates with third-party services — including payment processors, game providers, and analytics tools — that operate under their own privacy policies. While n3n4 enters into data processing agreements with all such providers, n3n4 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that operate independently of the Platform.
n3n4 may provide links to third-party platforms or services in certain contexts. Any personal data you provide directly to a third-party service after following such a link is subject to that service's privacy policy, not this Policy. n3n4 recommends that you review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your n3n4 activities.
n3n4 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or Platform functionality. When a material change is made to this Policy, n3n4 will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy;
- Notify registered players via in-Platform notification or by email to the registered contact address at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect;
- Where required by applicable law, seek renewed consent before implementing changes that affect the legal basis or scope of data processing.
Continued use of the n3n4 Platform after the effective date of any amendment to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised privacy practices. If you do not agree with the amended Policy, you may close your n3n4 account by contacting support.
